Drew Dillen scored a pair of goals and Ryan Kibler added another as the Leopards defeated the visiting Quakers 3-1 in their season opener. Brady Adams also recorded a pair of assists for LHS.
Cam Dougherty and Gabe Stoffer recorded pick sixes as the Leopards blanked the host Hornets 30-0 Saturday at Foltz Stadium. Will Ramsey ran for a touchdown and both Braiden Hershey & Jacob Paumier caught touchdown passes for LHS.
Payton Allan scored a pair of goals to lead Louisville to a 4-1 win over the Alumni. Sammi Beatty and Natalie Lab also added goals for LHS and Morgan Keelan scored the lone Alumni goal.
Ryan Kibler scored a pair of goals to lead Louisville over the Alumni 5-3 in the 10th Alumni Game featuring players from the class of 2007 to present.
Dan Moody has been named the new head coach of the Lady Leopards basketball team. Moody is a Louisville graduate and has been coaching since 2004. The Board of Education approved the decision Monday.
The #9 seed Leopards fell to the #2 seed Warriors 10-0 in five innings. Louisville takes District Runner-Up in their first Division I Championship game and finishes the season 20-9.
Cole Miller, Connor Morley, Cooper Rice, and Charlie Roberts all had two hits each as the #8 seed Leopards defeated the #9 seed Golden Eagles 4-2 to advance to their first Division I District Championship. Connor Morley and Zach Root combined on the mound striking out 6 in a winning effort.
Cooper Rice and Caleb Harsh each had RBI singles in the Leopards 9-2 loss against the host Vikings. Zach Ganser and Zander Triplett both had multi-hit games for Louisville who dropped to 19-8.
Zach Bennett scored all 4 goals as the #8 Leopards rallied from a 3-1 fourth quarter deficit to earn a comeback 4-3 overtime win over the host #7 Cardinals in the second round of the DII, Region 6 tournament. Louisville fell at Chagrin Falls 19-2 in the regional quarterfinals to finish 6-10.
