Alexis Ralston finished 3rd and Erin Strouse took 5th individually as the Lady Leopards finished as team runner-up at the Tri-County Postseason Tournament and Tri-County South Division Champions. Davis, Ralston, and Strouse also took all-league honors.
Rachel Kibler, Jade Thomas, & Katie Yarnall all won their singles matches in two sets to lead the Lady Leopards in their 4-1 home win against the Blue Streaks. The #1 doubles team of Bailey Menegay & McKenzie Taylor also in two sets as LHS improved to 8-4.
Amelia Henderhan recorded a 4 save shutout as Louisville tied host North Canton Hoover 0-0. The Lady Leopards are now 2-5-5 on the season.
Alexis Ralston shot a new school record 4 under par 30 to lead the Lady Leopards over the host Indians 145-225 at Lyons Den Golf Course. Erin Strouse also shot a personal best 32 as Louisville finished undefeated in duel matches compiling and 13-2 overall.
Bridget DeJacimo led Louisville with 17 service points, 5 aces, and 19 digs as the Leopards downed the host Tigers 25-13, 25-20, 22-25, 25-11. AJ Burick also recored 36 assists and Sloane Sypolt threw down 10 kills for now 6-7 LHS.
Jack Mayle shot a team low 43 to lead Louisville in a 181-184 home win over Massillon at Sleepy Hollow Country Club. Sam Karcher, Cole Miller, and Zach Root all shot 46 each as LHS improved to 5-4.
Erin Strouse matched a personal best shooting 2 under par 33 to lead Louisville in their senior night victory over visiting New Philadelphia 151-190. Fellow seniors Abby Davis and Alexis Ralston also shot 39 and Peyton Biery carded a 40 as the Lady Leopards improved to 12-2.
Rachel Kibler won #1 singles by a perfect count of 6-0, 6-0 but the Leopards fell to the host Cardinals 4-1 on the road. Louisville is now 7-4 on the season.
The Lady Leopards swept the visiting Hornets 25-12, 25-14, 25-21 in their Play for a Cure match. Over $2,000 was raised for local families fighting cancer during the event hosted by Begue for a Cure. LHS is now 5-7 on the season with the win.
