Jack Mayle shot a team low 81 to take 10th individually and lead the Leopards to a 6th place finish at the Shamrock Shootout at Alliance Country Club. Sam Karcher also shot 84, Zach Root 85, and Cole Miller 89 for Louisville.
Erin Strouse shot a team low 82 to lead the Lady Leopards who finished 8th at the Midwest Classic at Skyland Pines Golf Club. Alexis Ralston also shot 85, Abby Davis 89, and Claire Weston 104 to round out Louisville’s scoring.
Jack Mayle shot a team best 83 to lead the Leopards who placed 5th out of 8 teams at the Aviator Golf Classic held at Alliance Country Club. Caleb Harsh & Zach Root also carded 86 and Cole Miller tallied an 88 to round out the LHS scorers.
Justina Sirohman went 3-for-3 and Teagan Rice drove in 2 runs during the Lady Leopards 4-3 road win over the Warriors. Sarah Cantley also hit a pair of doubles and struck out 10 while earning the win in the circle.
Scotty Gronow scored a game-high 14 points as the Leopards used a strong 4th quarter to defeat the Warriors 47-36 at the Greynolds Classic at Barberton High School. Colton Jones also scored 9 points for 3-2 Louisville.
The #1 Doubles Team of Spencer Hall and Seth Gronow earned the only point for the Leopards in their 4-1 loss against the host Warriors in the opening round of the Division I Ohio Tennis Coaches Association Team Tournament.
Miklos Hendricks placed 14th and Scott Gronow 15th to lead the Boys to a 5th place finish. Caitlyn Gatta took 18th and Grace Collins 20th to lead the Girls to a 9th place finish at the Dave Clegg Invitational in North Canton Saturday.
Caleb Prasco and Justin Shafter shot a team low 86 to lead the Leopards to a 7th place finish out of 11 teams. Walsh Jesuit won the tournament, Perry took 2nd, and Central Catholic finished in 3rd.
The Leopards fell to a tough Warriors team 47-0 Thursday. Louisville is now 2-2 on the season.
