Brock Cole totaled 15 kills, 3 aces, and 3 blocks as the Leopards swept the host Warriors 25-14, 25-16, 25-23. Cale Lindner also recorded 15 assists and Raiden Lindner led the defense with 14 digs as Louisville improved to 7-4 on the season.
Paxton Laughlin, Xavier Pollard, Liam Montgomery, Kaiden Barker, Aric Criss, Micah Bricker, and Jakeb Beard all won sectional titles as the Leopards claimed their 8th sectional title in 9 seasons. All 14 LHS wrestlers placed and 12 qualified for districts.
Brock Cole tallied 7 kills, 12 digs, and 2 blocks to lead Louisville in a tight three-set loss to visiting Walsh Jesuit 16-25, 22-25, 23-25. Kadan Swope also had 10 service points as the Leopards dropped to 2-4.
Beau Siegfried scored a game high 21 points and Brayden Gross dropped in 19 as the Leopards rolled to a 79-42 win over the visiting Warriors. Avery Andrecjik also scored 12 and Ashton Marshall added 10 as LHS improved to 2-0.
Hayden Nigro scored a game high 21 to lead the Leopards in their 56-44 win over the visiting Warriors. Brayden Gross also scored 14, Ashton Marshall 11, and Beau Siegfried 10 as Louisville improved to 10-1, its best start since 2000-01.
The #9 seed Leopards fell to the #2 seed Warriors 10-0 in five innings. Louisville takes District Runner-Up in their first Division I Championship game and finishes the season 20-9.
Brooke Haren finished with 11 kills and 10 digs, but the #29 seed Leopards fell to the host #7 seed Warriors 16-25, 17-25, 26-24, 16-25 in the DI Solon Sectional Semifinals. AJ Burick also had 22 assists, Kaitlyn Kardohely 13 digs, and Addy Campbell 3 aces as Louisville finishes 5-18.
Caleb Harsh shot a team best 77 to lead the boys and Peyton Biery shot 89 to lead the girls as the Leopards placed 6th at the Northeast Ohio Co-Ed Tournament. Jack Mayle also shot 79 as Louisville finished as runner-up for the boys field.
Sam Karcher shot a team low 84 to lead the Leopards who placed 15th out of 18 teams at the Jackson Polar Bear Invitational at Shady Hollow Country Club. Jack Mayle also shot 87, Caleb Harsh 89, and Zach Root 93 for LHS.
