Carter Burton and Nick Johnston both scored goals as the Leopards knotted the host Rough Riders 2-2. Hudson Barthel and Burton also had assists as Louisville moved to 3-4-2 on the season.
Blake Balderson recorded a hat trick to lead Louisville past visiting Kent Roosevelt 7-5. Ader LaScola also 2 goals and recorded 3 assists and Austin Austin Schaefer earned the win in goal as LHS improved its record to 2-10.
Brock Cole recorded a team high 10 kills but the Leopards fell to the visiting Rough Riders 26-24, 5-25, 23-25, 17-25 in their season opener. Jacob Sanders also finished 7 kills & 2 blocks and Brandon Stanich registered 5 kills.
Brayden Gross scored a game high 19 points and Hayden Nigro poured in 18 as Louisville upended Kent Roosevelt 64-30 in the Jimmy Gooden Classic at Springfield High School. Beau Siegfried also dropped in 11 as the Leopards improved to 2-1.

Zach Root shot a team low 5 over par 77 to qualify individually for the District Tournament at Pine Hills. Louisville shot 344 as a team to place ninth at the DI Sectional held at Tannenhauf Golf Club.
Hannah Hido scored on a penalty kick with 43 seconds remaining to lift the Rough Riders past the visiting Leopards 1-0. Amelia Henderhan recorded 9 saves in goal for Louisville who drops to 0-2.
Sam Karcher placed shot 7 over par 78 to place 9th individually as Louisville tied Kent Roosevelt for 7th place in the DI Flight. Jack Mayle also took 14th shooting 8 over par 80 for the tournament.
Kylie Wallace shot a team best 97 and Peyton Biery shot 100 to lead the Lady Leopards in their 12th place finish in the morning wave of the Hudson Lady Explorer Invite at Lake Forest Country Club. Natalie Warner also carded 103, Anna Myers 114, and Isabelle Tack’s 121 allowed Louisville to capture the tie-breaker over GlenOak for 12th.
