Riley Nieschwitz won #2 singles in straight sets as Louisville edged host Alliance 3-2. The Leopard doubles teams of Carter Duskey & Cole Duskey and Ben Shelby & Isaiah Gray also won in straight sets as LHS improves to 4-2.
Jacob Davide scored 4 goals to lead the Leopards past the visiting Cardinals 7-3. Joe Reynolds also scored a pair of goals and Joey Johnson added a score as Louisville improved to 4-0.
The Louisville Leopards were shutout by the visiting Dover Tornadoes 5-0. Dover won every match in straight sets as Louisville falls to 3-2 on the season.
Anthony Warner struck out 8 on the mound to lead Louisville past visiting Central Catholic 2-1. Walker Kandel and JT Popick each went 2-for-3 with an RBI single and Karson Siegfried hit a pair of doubles as LHS improved to 2-3.
JT Popick batted 3-for-3 with a triple and a run scored, but Louisville fell to Clarksville Academy 9-1. The Leopards were no-hit in a 10-0 five inning loss to Pigeon Forge later in the afternoon. LHS finishes 1-3 at the Smoky Bear Classic.
Kenzi Denzer batted 4-for-5 with 3 doubles and an RBI to lead the Leopards past the host Cardinals 7-6 in extra innings. Jenna Collins went 2-for-3 with an RBI in game two but Louisville fell to Canfield 4-2.
Connor Morley batted 2-for-3 with 2 doubles and an RBI but the Leopards would fall to the Tigers 10-2 in their second game at the Smokey Bear Classic in Tennessee. Zack Seaman drove in Louisville’s only other run as they dropped to 1-1.
Cole Miller went 2-for-4 with a 3-run homer & 2-run double to lead Leopards past the Wolves in their season opener in Tennessee. JT Popick also batted 4-for-5 with 2 RBIs and Connor Morley went 3-for-4 for Louisville.
Austin Beck, Riley Nieschwitz, and Garett Holleran all won 6-0, 6-0 to lead the Leopards past the visiting Comets 5-0. Both Louisville doubles teams won in straight sets as well as LHS improved to 3-1.
Louisville was shutout by visiting Canfield 5-0 in their home opener. The Leopards are now 2-1 on the season with the loss.
