Keaton Rode threw a pair of touchdown passes to Braiden Hershey and Hayden Nigro but the Leopards fell to the Tigers 39-12 at Paul Brown Tiger Stadium. The Louisville Freshman are now 5-2 on the year.
Paige Cole broke her own single season kills record while finishing with 26 kills, 20 digs, and 11 points & 4 aces serving during Louisville’s 25-16, 16-25, 25-23, 25-22 victory over Barberton. Lauren Siegfried also had 31 assists and 10 points & 3 aces serving as the Lady Leopards won their 6th straight.
Mogan Keelan scored 4 goals to lead the Lady Leopards past the host Wildcats 7-1. Matti Benson, Natalie Lab, and Gabby Smith also scored for Louisville who finishes the regular season with a 9-6-1 record.
Katie Bice shot a tournament low 73 to finish as individual district champion and Alexis Ralston took third place by carding a 75 as Louisville won their first district title and advanced to state for the first time in team history!
Riley Adams broke the LHS career goals record in the first half and then scored with 51 seconds remaining in the second half to help the Leopards tie the host Blue Devils 2-2. Kael Mickley and Maddox Drake-McKimm provided the assists for now 8-4-2 Louisville.
Paige Cole recorded 19 kills including her 1,000 career kill as the Lady Leopards swept the host Warriors 25-18, 25-16, 25-21. Lauren Siegfried also had a team-high 21 assists, Addison Burick 16 service points, and Sydney Bast 12 digs as LHS won their 5th straight.
Emma Davis had 21 points and 5 aces serving to lead the Leopards in their 21-25, 25-16, 25-22, 25-22 victory over the host Mustangs. Sydney Bast also had 24 digs, Paige Cole 20 kills, and Lauren Siegfried 32 assists for LHS who won their fourth straight.
