Leopards Whip Warriors in Senior Night Sweep – Boys Volleyball

The Louisville Leopards Boys Volleyball Team celebrated Senior Night in dominant fashion Friday evening, sweeping the visiting Walsh Jesuit Warriors 25-15, 25-21, 25-15 at Louisville High School. With the victory, the Leopards improve to 11-5 on the season.

Louisville Seniors Shine on Senior Night

Before the match, Louisville recognized its senior class of Brock Cole, Kyle Deem, Horacio Evans, Braden Frank, Raiden Lindner, Dom Palmer, and Ty Schuler for their leadership and dedication to the program. The Leopards carried that energy onto the court, turning in one of their most complete performances of the season.

Senior outside hitter Brock Cole led the way with 12 kills, 3 aces, and 3 blocks, while senior Braden Frank orchestrated the offense with 16 assists and added 3 aces. Senior libero Kyle Deem anchored the defense with 13 digs, and senior Raiden Lindner provided a spark from the service line with 13 service points.

Louisville controlled the match from the start, taking the opening set 25-15 before fending off a challenge in the second 25-21. The Leopards then closed out the sweep with another 25-15 victory in the third.

Leopards Even Series at Home Against Warriors

With the win, Louisville sweeps the season series from Walsh Jesuit. The Leopards also swept the Warriors on the road on April 16.

Louisville is now 2-3 all-time against Walsh Jesuit, which includes a 1-1 record at home.

The loss snaps the Warriors’ two-match winning streak as they fall to 7-11 on the season.
