Louisville Doubles Up Wadsworth 4-2 – Softball
Katie Heath threw a complete game while striking out 3 in leading the Leopards to a 4-2 win over the host Grizzlies. Matti Benson also batted 2-for-3 with an RBI as Louisville won its 6th straight.

Michael Emerick Jr placed 7th rolling a 596 series in leading Louisville to a 6th place finish as a team at the DI Eastbury Sectional Tournament. Estrella Lopez-Cruz rolled a 474 to lead the Lady Leopards who finished 9th at Eastbury Bowling Center.
Dominic Hoffarth placed 2nd in 150 to lead Louisville who placed 6th as a team at the Maumee Bay Classic. Kolten Barker and Dylan Rhoads also both placed 3rd for the Leopards.
Louisville was blanked by visiting Wadsworth 1-0 to drop to 8-3 on the season. The Leopards JV defeated the Grizzlies 1-0 via a Carter Burton goal. Giovanni Foradis
Colby Adams, Bobby Ganser, & Owen Pukys all finished in the top 6 to lead the Leopards to their first District Title since 2019. Camryn Barker and Bailey Menegay qualified for regionals for the Louisville girls.
Bobby Ganser placed 2nd and Colby Adams took 4th as the Louisville finished 3rd as a team at the Wooster Invitational. Camryn Barker finished 9th to lead the Lady Leopards who took 12th as a team.
Ryan Aljancic hit a 2-run homer and Kaedin Gotshall hit a 2-run go-ahead double in the 5th as Louisville rallied back from a 4-run deficit to defeat visiting Wadsworth 5-4. JT Popick also recorded 3 hits for the Leopards who improved to 9-9.
The Louisville Boys placed 3rd and the Lady Leopards took 5th out of 8 teams at the New Philadelphia Legends Individual at Woody Hayes Quaker Stadium.
Tyler Shadle scored 6 goals and Bryce Rebuck finished with 4 goals to lead the Leopards in their 17-5 road victory over the Spartans. Brandon Kimble and Matt VanNostran both added a pair of goals each for Louisville who improved to 1-1.
Drew Dillen, Riley Adams, and Brady Adams all scored goals as the Leopards stunned the visiting Grizzlies 3-2. Austin Smith & Riley Adams also had assists and Joe Reynolds finished with 10 saves in goal for now 7-4-1 LHS.
