Emerick Qualifies for District Tournament – Bowling
The Louisville Leopards Bowling Teams competed at the DI Eastbury Sectional Tournament this past weekend at Eastbury Bowling Center. The Louisville Boys scored 3615 as a team to finish in 6th place out of 17 competing teams. The Lady Leopards scored 2834 en rout to finishing in 9th place out of 17 schools.
The GlenOak Golden Eagles were sectional champions and the Wooster Generals took second place on the boys side. For the girls, the Green Bulldogs took the top spot and the Perry Panthers were sectional runner-ups.

Boys Varsity Bowling finishes 6th place at Sectionals. Michael Emerick Jr qualifies for the District Tournament next Sunday at Stonehedge Lanes at 10am. Junior Michael Emerick Jr rolled games of 191, 191, and 214! Freshman Trevor Glaser was the 11th overall high score just missing the cut with games of 224, 172, and 192! Sophmore Landon Geisey shot games of 180, 216, and 154 to finish 23rd overall. Sophmore Jonathan Horn rolled a 158, 165, and 142. Sophmore Zachary Grosenbaugh rolled a 118 and 185 and Freshman Ty Shuler shot a 117. The Leopards rolled baker games of 138, 161, 156, 188, 187, and 166 to finish 6th overall missing the 4th qualifying spot.

Girls Varsity Bowling finishes 9th place at Sectionals. They Lady Leopards had a rough start but rallied until the end! Sophomore Estrella Lopez-Cruz led the Lady Leopards with games of 131, 197, and 147 to finish 14th overall. Junior Madison Kennedy rolled games of 129, 126, and 176. Senior Madison Denzer shot a 99, 143, and 183. Junior Elizah Adkins rolled a 113, 152, and 130. Sophomore Savannah Reynolds had a 105, Sophomore Audrey Miculan rolled a 97, and Junior Sicily Horn had a 89.
The Lady Leopards rolled baker games of 111, 119, 166, 138, 135, and 149 to finish 9th out of 17 teams!
