Brooke Hubbard scored 4 goals to lead the Lady Leopards past the host Bulldogs 14-4. Tess Golden and Kylee Murphy also recorded hat tricks as Louisville improved to 4-5.
The Louisville Leopards Boys Tennis Team was shutout 5-0 by the host Green Bulldogs Monday at the Green Memorial Stadium Tennis Courts. With the loss, Louisville drops to an even 3-3 on the season.
Connor Morley threw a 5-hit shutout and struck out 3 to lead as Louisville blanked visiting Green 1-0. Kyle Vesely also went 2-for-3, stole 3 bases, and scored the game winning run in the bottom of the 7th on a passed ball as LHS evened their record at 2-2.
Michael Emerick Jr placed 7th rolling a 596 series in leading Louisville to a 6th place finish as a team at the DI Eastbury Sectional Tournament. Estrella Lopez-Cruz rolled a 474 to lead the Lady Leopards who finished 9th at Eastbury Bowling Center.
Brooke Haren scored a team high 23 points to lead the Lady Leopards in their 60-51 loss to the visiting Bulldogs. Taryn Miglich also scored 11 and Courtney Barwick added 6 for Louisville who fell to 0-2.
Peyton Biery finished 15th individually after carding an 88 to lead Louisville in their 7th place finish at the DI Elms Sectional Tournament. Kylie Wallace also shot 91 as the Lady Leopards concluded their 2022 campaign.
Zach Root shot a team low 5 over par 77 to qualify individually for the District Tournament at Pine Hills. Louisville shot 344 as a team to place ninth at the DI Sectional held at Tannenhauf Golf Club.
Will Ramsey scored the game winning touchdown with 48 seconds left as the Leopards erased a 16-point second half deficit to stun the visiting Bulldogs 27-23. Charlie Roberts also ran for a score and threw touchdown passes to Brandon Jackson and Jacob Davide as Louisville won their first home game since 2019.
Kylah Meyer finished 2nd individually to lead the Lady Leopards and Grant Brown took 6th for the Boys. Both Louisville squads finished in 3rd place in their Large Division races.
