Leopard Swimmers Off to Fast Start, Girls Undefeated
The boys are now 2-1 with wins over St. Thomas Aquinas & New Philadelphia, the girls are now 3-0 with dominant victories over Dover, St. Thomas Aquinas, and New Philadelphia.

With the new enrollment figures and breakdowns released by the OHSAA, all Leopards sports will be in DI except for football which will play in DIII. Baseball, Boys Soccer, Boys Swimming, and Wrestling all make the jump to DI this season.
Allison Richmond & Amy Yu led the girls squad to a first place finish and Caleb Walters led the boys to a first place finish during the first ever NBC Swim Meet back on January 18.

The Boys team is now 5-5 overall on the season and the Girls are 7-3. Both Squads took first place in the first ever NBC Swim Meet Friday.
Allison Richmond set a new school record in the 400 Meter Freestyle & captured first place in the 200 Meter Freestyle to help lead the Lady Leps over Dover 88-82. The Boys fell to the Tornadoes 101-65.
The Lady Leopards defeated McKinley for the first time since 1980-81 and finished 13-0 on the season. Stephanie Brookens was 26-0 on the year & Matt Campbell 25-1 individually.
Stephanie Brookens placed 11th in the 100 Freestyle & still has a shot at state. The other competing Leopards Swimmers swam hard in a tough Northeast District.
Matt Campbell, Stephanie Brookens, & Stephanie Horton all advanced to Districts individually & the Boys 400 Freestyle relay team also advanced to CSU.
The Girls Swim team defeated Cloverleaf 115-52 to complete their first ever undefeated season. The boys broke .500 with a 107-58 win and the Seniors were honored as well.
