Alexis Ralston finished 3rd and Erin Strouse took 5th individually as the Lady Leopards finished as team runner-up at the Tri-County Postseason Tournament and Tri-County South Division Champions. Davis, Ralston, and Strouse also took all-league honors.
Erin Strouse shot a match low 39 to lead the Lady Leopards to a 172-189 victory over the visiting Lady Crusaders. Other Louisville scorers included Abby Davids 41, Alexis Ralston 44, and Claire Weston 48 as LHS won its sixth straight duel match.
Louisville won every match in two sets as they shutout visiting Canton Central Catholic 5-0. Legendary Leopard Tennis Head Coach Greg Parrish was honored before the match and the LHS Tennis Courts were renamed in his honor.
Zach Root recorded the first hole-in-one in Louisville team history as the Leopards finished 11th at the Tannenhauf Invitational. Jack Mayle again led LHS by shooting 81 for the tournament.
Alexis Ralston shot a personal best 34 and Erin Strouse carded a 38 to lead the Lady Leopards in their season opening win against the Crusaders 168-184 at Arrowhead Golf Club. Abby Davis also shot a 46 and Peyton Biery 50 to round out the Louisville scoring.
The Louisville Boys placed 1st and the Lady Leopards took 5th out of 11 teams at the Larry Cogan Invitational in Carrollton Friday. Colby Adams set a stadium record in the 3200 meter run and Dale Stauffer swept the hurdle events for the boys.
The Louisville Boys placed 3rd and the Lady Leopards took 5th out of 8 teams at the New Philadelphia Legends Individual at Woody Hayes Quaker Stadium.
Griffin Millspaugh won #1 singles in straight sets for the Leopards lone victory in their 4-1 season opening loss to the host Crusaders. This was Central’s first victory over Louisville since 1983.
Will Aljancic tied an LHS home record with 7 three-pointers and scored a game-high 29 points to lead the Leopards. Broc Pickens also scored 11 and Dakota Hoffman added 9 as Louisville finished the regular season 12-9.
Gracie Bush and Morgan Keelan each scored a pair of goals as the Lady Leopards shutout the host Crusaders 5-0. Gabby Smith also scored and Amelia Henderhan broke the school record with her 9th shutout in goal as LHS improved to 7-4-1.
