The Louisville Leopards Boys Varsity Basketball Team defeated the Pleasant Grove Vikings (Utah) 50-40 Thursday Morning in the KSA Events Holiday Tournament Grey Bracket Championship Game at Gaylord Palms Resort in Kissimmee, Florida.
Courtney Barwick scored a game high 19 points and Taylor McCully poured in 17 points to lead the Lady Leopards past the Beavers 66-61 at the South Range Holiday Hoops Classic. Taryn Miglich also scored 13 and Brooke Haren added 11 as Louisville improved to 5-3.
Hayden Nigro scored a game high 26 points to lead the Leopards past the Black Bears 60-31 at the KSA Events Holiday Tournament at Gaylord Palms Resort. Will Aljancic also scored 12 and Beau Siegfried added 6 as Louisville won its 7th straight.
Brooke Haren scored a team high 14 points to lead the Lady Leopards in their 73-39 loss to the host Lady Bulldogs. Courtney Barwick and Taryn Miglich also scored 5 each as Louisville dropped to 4-3.
Michael Emerick Jr rolled a 428 series to lead the Louisville Boys past visiting Lake Center Christian 2455-2372. Eliza Adkins rolled a 336 series to lead the Lady Leopards to an 1860-1619 win over the Tigers at Eastbury Bowling Center.
Will Aljancic and Hayden Nigro scored a game high 19 each as Louisville upended visiting Howland 71-47. Brayden Gross also scored 16 as the Leopards won their sixth straight.
Michael Emerick rolled a 460 series to lead the Louisville Boys who fell to host Minerva 2615-2345. Abigail Wenger rolled a 278 series to lead the Lady Leopards who fell to the host Lions 2343-1688.
Hayden Nigro scored a game high 25 points and was named team MVP in leading the Leopards to a 70-62 win over the Cardinals at the Hall of Fame City Hardwood Classic at Massillon. Will Aljancic scored also scored 17 and both Brayden Gross & Ashton Marshall added 12 each.
Brooke Haren scored a game high 13 points and Courtney Barwick dropped in 11 points to lead the Lady Leopards past the visiting Tornadoes 42-23. Louisville has now won 4 straight with their milestone 600th victory.
Michael Emerick rolled a 408 series but the Louisville Boys were edged by East Canton 2440-2429. Madison Denzer rolled a 399 series for the Lady Leopards who fell to the Lady Hornets 2107-1870.
