The Louisville Leopards Boys Varsity Basketball Team defeated the Pisgah Black Bears (North Carolina) 60-31 Tuesday Morning in the KSA Events Holiday Tournament Grey Division championship quarterfinals held at Gaylord Palms Resort in Kissimmee, Florida. With their seventh straight victory, Louisville improves to 7-2 on the season.

Nigro Scores Game High 26 for Louisville
Junior guard Hayden Nigro made 4 three-pointers and finished with a game high 26 points to lead the Leopards. He reached double digits in the first quarter all from field goals inside the arch. Nigro then hit a pair of three-pointers in the second quarter to up his point total to 18 at the break. He would add a three-pointer in each of the final two quarters and finish with 8 points in the second half.
Senior wing Will Aljancic also dropped in double figures with 12. Sophomore point guard Beau Siegfried also cashed in on a pair of three-pointers and finished with 6.
Robinson Leads Pisgah with 11
Senior small forward Caden Robinson scored in every quarter and finished with a team high 11 points to lead Pisgah. Other top scorers for the Black Bears included freshman point guard Mason Putnam with 6 and sophomore point guard Dominick Messer with 5.
This is the first time the Leopards have played an out of state opponent and also the first time Louisville has played in a game beyond the Ohio border. The Leopards will play another out of state opponent on Wednesday in the Grey Bracket championship semifinals against the Timber Creek Wolves from Orlando, Florida.
