Lady Leopards Defeat Quakers on Senior Night – Girls Golf

Paige Cole finished with 10 kills, 10 points serving, and 8 aces to lead Louisville to a 25-12, 25-18, 25-19 home sweep of St. Thomas Aquinas. Amanda Clark also had 22 assists and Sydney Bast 10 digs for the 6-5 Lady Leopards.
Rachel Kibler earned a perfect 6-0, 6-0 victory in #1 singles to lead the Leopards to a 5-0 road shutout of the Quakers. Louisville is now 12-0 against New Philadelphia all-time.
Rachel Kibler and Sherilynn Mullett finished as Flite 1 Champions as the Leopards went 7-5 fo the day to take third at the annual Louisville Doubles Classic. Bailey Menegay and Jade Thomas also finished as Flite 3 Runner-Ups for LHS.
Paige Cole matched her own school record with 25 kills in a 25-18, 23-25, 25-18 Leopards win against Stow. Louisville lost to Revere and Highland to start their day at the Jackson Invitational.
Megan Hampe and Gabby Smith each scored a pair of goals during Louisville’s 4-0 shutout of visiting Field. Amelia Henderhan recorded 12 saves and her fourth shutout of the year as the Leopards moved to 6-3-2.
Bobby Ganser finished 8th to lead the Boys to their first ever 1st place finish at the Boardman Spartan Invitational. Kayla Gibson finished in 49th to lead the Girls who took 18th.
Rachel Kibler was the only winner for the Leopards who fell to the visiting Polar Bears 4-1. The loss snaps Louisville’s 6 match winning streaks as they fall to 12-3.
Abby Davis shot a round of 37 to finish as match medalist in Louisville’s 155-234 win over visiting Fairless. Katie Bice also carded a 39 as the Lady Leopards won their 14th straight.
Paige Cole finished with 23 kills and 10 digs to lead Louisville who fell to Marlington on the road in three close sets 21-25, 21-25, 20-25. Amanda Clark also had 17 assists and top servers included Kaitlyn Baskerville and Sydney Bast for the 4-3 Lady Leopards.
