The Louisville Leopards Girls Soccer Team shutout the visiting Field Falcons 4-0 Saturday Afternoon at Louisville Leopards Stadium. With the victory, Louisville doubles their win total from a year ago and now holds a 6-3-2 record on the season.

Freshman Goalie Amelia Henderhan earned her fourth shutout of the season while recording 12 saves to lead the Lady Leopards. Henderhan’s effort allowed Louisville to win the game despite being out-shot by Field 22-12.

My Fit Life Personal Trainer AdMegan Hampe and Gabby Smith both scored a pair of goals and recorded an assist each to lead the Leopards on offense. Jenny Hamsher and Lia Meckel also tallied assists for Louisville.

With the win, the Leopards now lead the all-time series over the Falcons 4-0-1 which includes a 3-0 record in games played at Louisville in the series. This is the third time the Leopards have shutout Field in team history as they have outscored them 20-4 in five matches overall.

UP NEXT: The Lady Leopards will next go on the road to North Canton to face the Hoover Vikings on Monday, September 23 at 7:00 PM.
