Garrett Lautzenheiser and Davin Rhoads both won their State Finals matches within minutes of each other to become the first Louisville State Champions since 1986. The Leopards currently sit in 3rd place as a team.

Garrett Lautzenheiser, Logan Vanicek, Davin Rhoads, and Carter Mickley all recorded pins during the Leopards 34-34 tie-breaking victory over the Cardinals. Louisville rallied from a 27-3 deficit to remain undefeated at 8-0 on the season.
Erin Hahn scored a team-high 17 points including the game-tying layup to send the game to overtime, but Louisville fell to Canfield 53-51 at Quicken Loans Arena. Paige Cole also scored 14 and Sherilynn Mullett added 8 for the 6-8 Lady Leopards.
Spencer Hall scored a game-high 18 points, but the Leopards fell to the Cardinals 62-56 in overtime at the Q Friday. Jared Mathie also scored 11 and Cam King added 10 for now 7-4 Louisville.
Sherilynn Mullett scored a team-high 12 points but the Leopards fell on the road to the Cardinals 59-43. Erin Hahn also scored 9 and Kayla Gibson 8 for 4-4 Louisville.
Paige Cole finished with 8 digs and 5 blocks but the Leopards fell on the road against the Cardinals 28-30, 20-25, 17-25. Cami Nau also had 13 kills, Amanda Clark finished with 13 assists, and Kaitlyn Baskerville was Louisville’s top server.
Louisville fell to host Massillon 25-17, 25-19 and also lost to GlenOak 25-23, 25-21 and Canfield 25-11, 25-18. The Lady Leopards are now 1-3 on the season.
Tyler Jackson threw a pair of touchdown passes to Broc Pickens and Clayton Elder, but the Cardinals rallied in the fourth quarter to down the Leopards 14-12. Dan Kennedy also had an interception on defense for Louisville.
Colton Jones threw for 328 yards and threw a touchdown pass to Bryce Zuppe but the Leopards fell to the host Cardinals 21-14 in the season opener. Jared Mathie also had 128 yards receiving and Max Hartline scored on the ground.
