Lady Leopards Sweep Green to Win Sectional Title – Volleyball

Addison Burick recorded her 2000th assist as the #6 Lady Leopards swept the visiting #19 Bulldogs 25-22, 25-15, 25-22 to win their first DI District Sectional Championship since 2020. Riley Walters also had 20 digs and both Taylor McCully and Brooke Haren finished with 9 kills as LHS improved to 18-5.

Riley Walters nearly tied a school record with 41 digs and Addison Burick was the player of the game with 41 assists and 3 blocks as Louisville rallied for a five set victory over visiting Tuslaw. Kiersten Kendal also served up 5 aces as LHS improved to 4-1.

Louisville Falls in Sectional at Walsh Jesuit – Volleyball

Brooke Haren finished with 11 kills and 10 digs, but the #29 seed Leopards fell to the host #7 seed Warriors 16-25, 17-25, 26-24, 16-25 in the DI Solon Sectional Semifinals. AJ Burick also had 22 assists, Kaitlyn Kardohely 13 digs, and Addy Campbell 3 aces as Louisville finishes 5-18.

Kiersten Kendall finished with 11 points and 3 aces from the service line as the Leopards swept the host Mustangs 25-21, 25-14, 25-9. Addison Burick also had 29 assists, Brooke Haren 11 kills, and Nicole Lanham 10 digs as LHS improved to 4-17 on the season.
