Help Keri Hupp Make it to Maryland Select Softball Training Program

Upon request, here is a request I got from Keri Hupp, a student at Louisville High School seeking financial help for an elite Softball program.  Our LHS softball program is better than ever and helping players like her will help continue that success.  Below is the letter:

To my family, friends, and community,
Just today, I was selected out of thousands of players to participate at the Softball Factory, Maryland Select Training Program held at the University of Maryland, July 16-19. As you can imagine, I am very excited to have this opportunity to learn from and compete with some of the best players in the country. They only reserve 40-50 spots for participants. I will also be coached by former professional softball players and college coaches. There will also be seminars on Life Skills and Goal Setting to help me prepare for college. I’ve worked and practiced for years with the hopes and dreams of playing with the best and learning from the best. This great experience will help me realize my highest potential and help me receive recognition to help me play college softball, which is an ultimate goal of mine.

I’m seeking sponsor support in order for me to have this opportunity and I need your help. I’m hoping you see this as a great opportunity for me, and are willing to be a part of my support team. Suggested donation amounts are listed below, but any type of support will be truly appreciated. I need to raise $2000 to cover my expenses such as local transportation, lodging, training, coaching, registration, insurance, food, and other miscellaneous costs by the time of the program. I realize that does not give you much time, and for that I am sorry.
