Rachel Kibler and Katie Yarnall both won hard fought singles matches, but the Leopards fell to the visiting Bulldogs 3-2. Kibler finishes the regular season a perfect 15-0 in singles as Louisville finishes 10-5 in dual matches.
Jack Mayle shot a team low 81 to take 10th individually and lead the Leopards to a 6th place finish at the Shamrock Shootout at Alliance Country Club. Sam Karcher also shot 84, Zach Root 85, and Cole Miller 89 for Louisville.
Rachel Kibler, Jade Thomas, and Katie Yarnall all won their singles matches in straight sets to help Louisville defeat visiting Manchester 3-2. The Lady Leopards have now won three straight to improve to 10-4 of the season.
The Louisville Leopards Varsity Volleyball team defeated the visiting Tuslaw Mustangs in four sets 22-25, 25-18, 25-19, 25-21 Tuesday Evening at Louisville High School. With their third victory in four matches, Louisville improves to 7-8 on the year.
Rachel Kibler, Jade Thomas, and Katie Yarnall all won in straight sets as Louisville shutout visiting Cardinal Mooney 5-0. Both Lady Leopards doubles teams also won in two sets as LHS improved to 9-4.
Jack Mayle shot a team low 81 to take 10th individually as the Leopards placed 5th out of 15 competing teams at the Stark County Tournament. Sam Karcher also shot 87 and both Cole Miller & Zach Root carded 93 each for LHS.
Caleb Harsh shot a team low 43 to lead the Leopards in their 169-179 loss to the host Generals at Wooster Country Club. Sam Karcher also shot 44, Jack Mayle 45, and Cole Miller 47.
Camryn Barker took second place individually to lead the Louisville Girls to a sixth place finish at the Malone Invitational. The Leopard boys raced their JV squad in the varsity race and took 11th.
Mason Foley scored Louisville’s only goal in the opening half, but Lake answered in the second half to force a 1-1 draw. Louisville is now 4-3-2 on the season with the tie.
Erin Strouse shot a team low 78 to lead Louisville to a fourth place finish out of 11 teams at the Stark County Championships Tournament at Arrowhead Golf Club. Alexis Ralston also shot 84, Lauren L’Amoreaux 87, and Abby Davis 90 for LHS.
