After seven straight Sectional Titles, the Leopards fell 3-1 to the Titans in the DII Sectional Final at Triway Tuesday. Riley Groves led Louisville by striking out 8.
Pavin Parks went 3-for-4 and scored the only run of the game in the Louisville’s 3-1 loss at Marlington. The JV squad beat the Dukes at home on a seventh inning walk off as Jake Adams pitched a complete game shutout.
Riley Groves pitched a complete game 3-hit shutout and struck out 5 to lead Louisville to a 3-0 road victory at Carrollton. With the victory the Leopards have won 8 of their last 10 games and for the first time all season pull above .500.
Pavin Parks pitched a complete game, struck out 11, and improved to 6-0 on the season and Joey Duckworth with 2-for-3 with a pair of RBIs to lead the Leps to victory.
Jake Miller went 2-for-3 with a two-run homer and a two-run triple to lead the Jackson Polar Bears to victory. Joey Duckworth doubled & Riley Groves singled for Louisville’s only hit.
Riley Groves went 2-for-3 with a 3-run homer and 4 RBIs and Pavin Parks improved to 5-0 as a starter and struck out 8 as Louisville defeated Salem 9-3.
Kyle White led the Louisville offense by going 3-for-4 with a double, 4 RBI’s, and 2 runs. Stephen Kerzan also went 2-for-2 with 3 runs driven in and 3 runs scored. Louisville is now 8-9 overall and 6-3 in the NBC.
Riley Groves pitched all six innings giving up just 2 earned runs and striking out 6 & Kyle White pounded out 2 of the Leopards 7 hits to lead Louisville in a 3-0 loss to Canton South.
