Macy Byrd penetrated the lane and scored with 1.8 seconds remaining to lift the Perry Lady Panthers over the Louisville Lady Leopards 42-41 Tuesday night at Perry High School. Brianna Libertore led the Lady Leps with 15 points, while Molly Brown scored 10 and Mackenzie Storlie added 9 against the Panthers.
A 12-0 run in the final 5 minutes lifted the Lady Leps past Perry 53-37 and gave them their first sectional crown since 2008.
A 11-0 run to start the fourth quarter lifted the Lady Leopards over the Perry Panthers 50-44 at Louisville High School Wednesday Night. Brianna Libertore and Alyssa each scored 14 points to lead the Lady Leps.
