Louisville Falls to Youngstown Ursuline 3-1 – Softball
Matti Benson went 2-for-3 with an RBI double that scored Kenzi Denzer, but the Leopards fell to the Fighting Irish 3-1. Olivia Mongiardo also hit a double as Louisville dropped to 7-4.
Leopards Rally Falls Short Against Falcons 12-9 – Softball
Matti Benson finished 3-for-4 and Addy Campbell hit a pair of doubles but Louisville fell to visiting Field 12-9. Chay Cline, Brooke Haren, Anna Sirohman, and Kaitlin Twinem each had a pair of hits for the Leopards who fell to 7-4.
Lady Leopards 6-Game Winning Streak Snapped by Lake 7-6 – Softball
The lead changed hands 6 times before the host Lady Leopards succumbed to a Blue Steak 7th inning rally 7-6. Addy Campbell, Kenzi Denzer, and Anna Sirohman all had multi-hit games to lead Louisville.
Louisville Doubles Up Wadsworth 4-2 – Softball
Katie Heath threw a complete game while striking out 3 in leading the Leopards to a 4-2 win over the host Grizzlies. Matti Benson also batted 2-for-3 with an RBI as Louisville won its 6th straight.
Louisville Tops GlenOak 8-7 in Seesaw Affair – Softball
Addy Campbell went 3-for-4 with a homer to lead the Lady Leopards in their 8-7 win over the visiting Golden Eagles. Matti Benson also homered and Anna Sirohman drove in 3 runs as Louisville won its fifth straight.
Leopards Sweep Lions in Doubleheader at Minerva – Softball
Anna Sirohman threw a 6-hit shutout and struck out 10 in the Lady Leopards game one 7-0 win over the host Lady Lions. Matti Benson also hit an inside-the-park home run in game one and Addy Campbell went yard in Louisville’s 8-5 game two victory over Minerva.
Denzer Walk-Off Homer Lifts Louisville Past Jackson 7-6 – Softball
Kenzi Denzer homered in the bottom of the seventh as the Lady Leopards earned a walk-off win against the visiting Polar Bears. Matti Benson and Addy Campbell also went yard as Louisville improved to 3-2.
Lady Leopards Rally Back from Down 5-0 to Top Tuslaw – Softball
Matti Benson and Taylor Thompson both went yard as the Lady Leopards rallied from a 5-run deficit to defeat the visiting Mustangs 9-5. Chay Cline, Anna Sirohman, and Kaitlin Twinem all had multi-hit games for Louisville who improved to 2-2.
Louisville Strikes Early, but Hoban Rallies to Win 6-2 – Softball
Matti Benson hit a 2-run double scoring Kenzi Denzer and Kaitlin Twinem in the first inning, but the Leopards fell to the visiting Knights 6-2.
