Sarah Cantley threw her 3rd career no-hitter and struck out 11 as Louisville defeated visiting Carrollton 10-0 in 6 Innings. Justina Sirohman and Kaycee Ollis both homered and Teagan Rice went 3-for-3 with a walk-off 3-run double for the Leopards.
Jordan Shearer pitched 5.1 shutout innings and struck out 10 to lead the Leopards in a run-run 10-0 victory over the visiting Warriors. Max Hartline and Bryce Zuppe also drove in a pair of runs each for LHS.
Ellie Jackson scored a team-high 13 points but the Leopards fell to the visiting Warriors 48-37. Cassidy Kiko and Hanna Lautzenheiser also scored 6 each for Louisville who falls to 4-6 in the NBC.
Spencer Hall scored a game-high 20 points to lead the Varsity Leopards past the Warriors 70-37. Brandon Wahl also scored 15 and Cameron King hit 3 three-pointers as LHS improved to 9-2. JV and Freshman also beat Carrollton.
The Leopards scored the final 18 points of the contest to stun the 3-time defending champion Carrollton Warriors 33-28. Riley Brendle earned a key overtime win in the heavyweight match and Carter Mickley, Garett Lautzenheiser, & Ryan Jakubiak all won by pin.
The Leopards went 4-1 at the Lake Holiday Duals to place 3rd for the tournament. They defeated Canton Lehman, GlenOak, Green, and Carrollton in the third place finals.
Derek Zeller scored a game-high 23 points and Brandon Wahl poured in 22 as Louisville earned a convincing 80-44 road win at Carrollton. Colton Jones also scored 11 and the Leopards canned 12 three-pointers as a team.
Kayla Gibson scored a team-high 15 points and Ellie Jackson added 10, but the Leopards fell to the host Warriors 68-39 in their league opener Saturday. Rachel Israel also scored 5 for 0-2 Louisville.
Morgan Cole placed 1st individually to lead the Girls to their second straight NBC Title. Miklos Hendricks placed 2nd individually to lead the Boys to a second place finish at the NBC Meet held at Copeland Oaks.
