Leopards Fall to Quakers in Play for a Cure Match – Volleyball

The Louisville Leopards Varsity Volleyball Team fell to the visiting New Philadelphia Quakers in four sets 15-25, 25-17, 17-25, 22-25 in their annual “Play for a Cure” match Monday Evening at Louisville High School. With the loss, the Lady Leopards drop to 1-13 on the campaign.

Junior setter Addison Burick registered a team high 26 assists to guide the Louisville offense. Junior right side hitter Sloane Sypolt lead the Lady Leopards with 12 kills and junior outside hitter Brooke Haren also recorded 11 kills.
The Louisville defense was led by senior defensive specialist/libero Kait Kardohely who had a team leading 17 digs. Senior Lexi Jobe and freshman Taylor McCully also finished with 6 blocks each for LHS.
