Burick Records 1000th Assist in Match at Hoban – Volleyball

The Louisville Leopards Varsity Volleyball Team was swept by the host Archbishop Hoban Knights 14-25, 15-25, 17-25 Thursday Night at Barry Gymnasium inside Archbishop Hoban High School in Akron. With the loss, Louisville falls to 2-15 on the year.
Burick Records 1000th Assist
Junior setter Addison Burick recored her 1000th career varsity assist early on in the second set. Burick received a pass via senior libero Kaitlyn Kardohely and setup junior outside hitter Brooke Haren who threw down the kill to notch the milestone achievement.

Burick would finish with a team leading 11 assists for the match. Haren also led the offense with 7 kills.
Kardohely led the Lady Leopards on defense with 8 digs. Freshman Taylor McCully also registered 2 blocks as well.

UP NEXT: The Lady Leopards will next travel to take on the Canton McKinley Bulldogs on Monday, October 3. JV will begin at 5:30 PM and Varsity will follow around 7:00 PM.
