The Louisville Leopards Varsity Volleyball Team fell to the visiting Tallmadge Blue Devils in five sets 16-25, 29-27, 25-22, 21-25, 5-15 Saturday afternoon at Louisville High School. With the loss, Louisville falls to 4-7 on the season.

Burick Records Season High in Assists
Sophomore Setter AJ Burick led the Lady Leopards with a season high 43 assists on offense and a team leading 3 blocks on defense. Senior defensive specialist/libero Emma Davis also finished with a team high 22 digs on defense for Louisville.
Senior defensive specialist Bridget DeJacimo finished as the Leopards leading server with 14 service points and 3 aces. Senior outside hitter Reagan Vanover also finished with a team best 15 kills. Senior outside hitter Kelsey Adelman and sophomore middle hitter/opposite hitter Sloane Sypolt also recorded 11 kills each for LHS.
Louisville Vs. Tallmadge Volleyball History
This is the third straight meeting in which Louisville and Tallmadge have played all five sets. The Leopards won in the 2019 matchup, but the Blue Devils have now taken the last two meetings.
Louisville is now 3-3 against Tallmadge since their first known meeting in 2013. The series is an even 1-1 when played at Louisville High School.
