Louisville Swept By Perry in Opener – Volleyball

The Louisville Leopards Varsity Volleyball Team was swept by the visiting Perry Panthers 25-11, 25-16, 25-20 in their season opener Tuesday Evening at Louisville High School.
Junior outside hitter Brooke Haren led the Lady Leopards in multiple statistical categories. Haren recorded a team-high 6 kills on offense, 5 aces serving, and 10 digs on defense.
Other Louisville leaders included junior setter Addison Burick with a team leading 19 assists and senior middle hitter Lexi Jobe with a team high 4 blocks
This was the Panthers first win over the Leopards since 2018. Louisville won its previous two matchups with Perry in 2020 and 2021.

UP NEXT: The Lady Leopards will next travel to take on the Green Bulldogs on Thursday, August 25. JV will begin at 5:30 PM and Varsity will follow around 7:00 PM.
