Tristyn Edgein recored her third straight shutout in goal and Reese Riley, Kasey Lint, and Violet Lab all scored goals in Louisville’s 3-0 shutout win at Austintown Fitch. The Lady Leopards are now 2-1-1 on the season.
Evan Brown took 7th and Gianni Faiello placed 9th in the Large School division to lead the Leopards to a 3rd place finish at the East Canton Invitational. Luke Boldon, Isaac Beltz, and Brock Cole also finished in the top 19 for LHS.
Luke Seaman and Trevor Burick each scored on pick sixes and Owen Wilson blocked a punt for a touchdown as the Leopards rallied from a 14-0 deficit to trounce the Aviators 40-14. Tate Aljancic, Owen DiMarzio, and Cam Dougherty all scored on the ground as well as LHS improved to 1-1.
Carter Burton recorded a hat trick and Nick Johnston scored a pair of goals leading Louisville past visiting Norton 6-1. Dominic Porter-Kovacich also scored a goal and added 2 assists as LHS improved to 2-1-1.
Louisville and North Canton Hoover played to a scoreless 0-0 tie Wednesday night at Louisville Leopards Stadium. This was the 10th scoreless draw in Lady Leopards Soccer history as they are now an even 1-1-1 on the season.
Brayden Elsass ran in a pair of touchdowns and Jake Baker caught a touchdown from Cody Zahler but Louisville fell to host New Philadelphia 20-18. The Leopards trailed 14-0 and rallied to take the lead before the Quakers scored the game winning touchdown with 32 seconds left in the game.
Carter Burton scored the lone goal for LHS via an assist from Damien Lowder in the Leopards 3-1 road loss against the Knights. Louisville is now 1-1-1 on the season.
Evan Brown finished 8th and Luke Boldon took 14th to lead the Leopards to a 3rd place finish at the Salem Early Bird Invitational. Other scoring LHS runners included Gianni Faiello 22nd, Brock Cole 24th, and Isaac Beltz 26th.
Reese Riley and Alyssa Schillig each broke the stalemate with second half goals as the Lady Leopards blanked the visiting Knights 2-0. Tristyn Edgein recorded the shutout in goal for Louisville and Payton Allan also notched an assist.
