Louisville Speech & Debate Takes Top Rank at Highland

Louisville Speech and Debate dominated at Highland, earning the top team rank and multiple individual bids to the state tournament. Standout performances included Micah Lowe taking 1st in International Extemporaneous, Malayna Swope placing 2nd in Dramatic Interpretation, and the duo of Morgan Callan and Molly Wolfe finishing 2nd in Duo Interpretation.

Lady Leopards Defeat Aurora 3-1 to Win 1st District Title in Team History – Girls Soccer

Payton Allan scored a pair of first half goals and Alyssa Schillig added a score as the #22 Leopards defeated the #24 Greenmen 3-1 in the DIII Macedonia District Finals. Louisville is now 11-4-2 & will compete in regionals next week.

Ashton Marshall caught a pair of touchdown passes from Tate Aljancic and Cam Dougherty ran for a go-ahead 4th quarter touchdown as the Leopards defeated the host Generals 20-17. Louisville finishes the season 4-6.

Louisville Falls to #1 Ranked South Range in 49-28 Shootout – Varsity Football

Gabe Stoffer accounted for 215 total yards and ran for 3 touchdowns to lead the Leopards in their 49-28 loss to the visiting Raiders. Cooper Rice also returned a kickoff 85 yards for a touchdown as Louisville fell to 3-6.

Louisville Scores Twice in 22 Seconds to Upset Hawken 3-1 in Sectional Final – Boys Soccer

Dominic Porter-Kovacich, Carter Burton, and Nick Johnston all scored first half goals as the #25 seed Leopards rallied past the host #14 seed Hawks to win their sixth consecutive sectional title. Kadan Swope and Will Pochubay also recorded assists as Louisville improved to 8-7-2.

The #28 seed Louisville Leopards Volleyball Team was swept by the #15 seed CVCA Royals 15-25, 14-25, 22-25 in their DIII Avon Lake Sectional Final Thursday Night at Avon Lake High School. With the loss, Louisville finishes the season with a record of 8-12.
