Riley Adams scored a pair of goals and recorded an assist to lead Louisville past visiting Woodridge. Drew Dillen also had a goal and an assist & Joe Reynolds registered his 5th shutout in goal as the Leopards won their 5th straight.
Broc Pickens caught a 5 yard touchdown pass from Tyler Jackson late, but the #12 seed Leopards fell to the #21 seed Lions 14-7 in the opening round of the DIII, Region 9 playoffs. Dan Kennedy & Zack Seaman each had interceptions on defense for now 2-5 LHS.
Drew Dillen, Riley Adams, and Brady Adams all scored goals as the Leopards stunned the visiting Grizzlies 3-2. Austin Smith & Riley Adams also had assists and Joe Reynolds finished with 10 saves in goal for now 7-4-1 LHS.
Lexi Jobe finished with 7 kills & 6 blocks as Louisville defeated host St. Thomas Aquinas 25-8, 25-19, 25-9. Bridget DeJacimo was the leading server with 14 points, Addison Burik had 17 assists, & Sydney Bast 16 digs for now 9-8 LHS.
Matti Benson and Morgan Keelan each scored goals for the Lady Leopards who fell on the road agains the Quakers 3-2. Natalie Lab & Gabby Smith also had assists & Amelia Henderhan finished with 13 saves in goal for now 8-6-1 LHS.
Lauren Siegfried finished with 8 kills and 23 assists as the Lady Leopards swept the visiting Tigers 25-13, 25-12, 25-17. Addison Burick was Louisville’s top server with 16 points as LHS evened their record at 8-8 on the year.
Erin Strouse shot a team low 80 and placed 8th individually in leading Louisville to a 4th place finish at the DI Elms Sectional Tournament. Alexis Ralston also shot 82 as The Lady Leopards punch their ticket to districts for the second straight year.
Jack Mayle and Zach Root both shot a team low 90 to lead the Leopards who finished 10th as a team at the DI Tannenhauf Sectional Tournament. Ryan Aljancic shot 92 and Sam Karcher also carded 95.
