Matti Benson went 3-for-4 and hit her record-tying 11th home run of the season as the Lady Leopards defeated the visiting Lions 13-6. Brooke Haren also drove in 3 runs and Stevie Barrett had 2 RBIs as Louisville improved to 10-12.
Jenna Collins went 3-for-3 with a homer run & 4 RBIs to lead the Lady Leopards past the visiting Fighting Irish 17-3. Matti Benson & Kenzi Denzer both had 3 RBIs and Brooke Haren & Shelby Mayle finished with 3 hits each as Louisville improved to 8-11.
Kenzi Denzer hit a game-tying 3-run homer & Jenna Collins hit a go-ahead 2-run homer as the Lady Leopards rallied to defeat the visiting Vikings 8-5. Matti Benson also hit a 2-run home run and Brooke Brendle smashed a solo shot as LHS improved to 5-10.
Matti Benson went 4-for-4 with a pair of doubles, 2 RBIs, and 3 runs scored but Louisville fell to Perry Gold 8-7 at the Duhon Softball Tournament. Kenzi Denzer also had two hits and Brooke Brendle drove in a pair of runs as the Lady Leopards fell to 4-9.
Matti Adams, Brooke Brendle, Jenna Collins, and Kenzi Denzer all homered but the Lady Leopards fell to the Blue Streaks 9-7 at the George Duhon Memorial Tournament at Genshaft Park. Louisville falls to 4-7 with the loss.
Kenzi Denzer batted 4-for-5 with 3 doubles and an RBI to lead the Leopards past the host Cardinals 7-6 in extra innings. Jenna Collins went 2-for-3 with an RBI in game two but Louisville fell to Canfield 4-2.
Kenzi Denzer went 3-for-4 with a pair of 2-run homers to lead Louisville past visiting Massillon 8-6 in the season opener. Matti Adams & Brooke Haren also had 2 hits each for the Leopards and Kendra Thomas earned the victory in the circle.
