Lady Leopards Late Rally Falls Short Against Jackson 4-3 – Softball

Cody Zahler scored a team-high 18 points to lead the Leopards in their 62-58 loss to the host Polar Bears. Drake Wilson also scored 13 and Brandon Sanders added 8 as Louisville finished the regular season 8-14.
Addy Campbell and Bailee Griffith both recorded 2 hits and 2 RBIs to lead Louisville to a 6-2 road win at Jackson. Taylor Schneider struck out 7 and held the Polar Bears scoreless in the final 6 frames as LHS evened its record at 7-7.
Courtney Barwick scored a team-high 15 points to lead Louisville in their 45-33 loss to visiting Jackson. Maggie Baker also scored 8 as LHS dropped to 8-12.
Karter Pawley ran for a pair of touchdowns to lead Louisville in its 37-6 win over visiting Jackson Purple. Kaleb Brown, Maddux Edgein, and Jeremy Wooten also scored touchdowns as the Leopards improved to 4-0.
Owen Burick recorded a double and Cole Miller struck out 4 but the #11 seed Leopards were shutout by the #1 seed Polar Bears 6-0 in the DI Macedonia District Semifinals. Zach Ganser, Bryce Graziani, and Zach Root also had hits for Louisville who finished 18-9.

Kenzi Denzer homered in the bottom of the seventh as the Lady Leopards earned a walk-off win against the visiting Polar Bears. Matti Benson and Addy Campbell also went yard as Louisville improved to 3-2.
Michael Emerick Jr placed 7th rolling a 596 series in leading Louisville to a 6th place finish as a team at the DI Eastbury Sectional Tournament. Estrella Lopez-Cruz rolled a 474 to lead the Lady Leopards who finished 9th at Eastbury Bowling Center.
Michael Emerick Jr rolled a 361 series to lead the Louisville Boys in their 2272-1954 loss at Jackson. Eliza Adkins led the Lady Leopards with a 305 series in their 1798-1669 loss to the host Polar Bears at Park Centre Lanes.
