The Louisville Leopards 8th Grade Football Team pummeled the visiting Jackson “Purple” Polar Bears 37-6 Thursday Evening at Louisville Leopards Stadium. With the victory, Louisville remains unbeaten on the season moving to 4-0.

Early Explosion Sets the Tone
The Leopards wasted no time getting on the board in the first quarter. Karter Pawley opened the scoring with a 10-yard touchdown run, followed by a successful extra point by Ryker Youngen, giving Louisville an early 7-0 lead. Defensive Dominance in the Second Quarter

Polar Bears’ Late Score Falls Short
After a scoreless third quarter, Louisville found the end zone once again in the fourth. Edgein tossed a 22-yard touchdown pass to Kaleb Brown, followed by a conversion run from Long to put the Leopards up 37-0.
Jackson’s lone score came late in the game, with their running back breaking loose for a 30-yard touchdown run. The failed 2-point attempt left the final score at 37-6 in favor of Louisville.
Balanced Offense and Stout Defense
The Leopards showcased a balanced offensive attack, with big plays coming through the air and on the ground. Pawley was the star of the night, tallying two rushing touchdowns, while Edgein contributed both as a runner and passer.
