Lady Leopards Fall on the Road at Tallmadge – Volleyball

The Louisville Leopards Varsity Volleyball Team was swept on the road by the host Tallmadge Blue Devils Saturday Afternoon at Tallmadge High School. With the loss, Louisville falls to 1-12 on the season.

Sophomore defensive specialist Nicole Lanham led the Lady Leopards on defense with a team high 20 digs.

Junior setter Addison Burick guided the Louisville offense with a team leading 31 assists. Junior outside hitter Brooke Haren also recorded five kills and senior Lexi Jobe finished with two aces serving.

The Lady Leopards are now 3-4 against the Lady Blue Devils since their first meeting in 2013. This includes an 0-2 record in matches played at Tallmadge.

JV: Tallmadge 25-25, Louisville 15-21

UP NEXT: The Lady Leopards will next host the New Philadelphia Quakers on Monday, September 19. Freshman will begin at 5:00 PM, JV will follow around 6:00 PM, and Varsity will conclude with an approximate start time of 7:00 PM from Louisville High School.
