Owen Burick threw for 79 Yards and Tate Aljancic threw for 62 Yards but the Leopards were blanked by the host Blue Streaks 49-0. Matt Crosby had 46 yards receiving and Braiden Hershey finished with 32 as Louisville dropped to 1-4.
Caleb Mayle threw a 40 yard touchdown pass to Colton Dougherty for the Leopards only score in their 29-6 loss to the visiting Blue Streaks. Louisville Freshman are now 0-3 on the season.
Natalie Lab and Violet Lab both scored in a span of less than 2 minutes to as Louisville rallied to defeat Lake at home for the first time in their history 2-1. The Lady Leopards are now 5-2 on the season.
Caleb House hit a 2-run single and Connor Morley threw a complete game 2-hitter as the #9 seed Leopards defeated the visiting #16 seed Lake Blue Streaks 5-1 to claim their first ever DI/AAA Sectional Title since 1990. Louisville is now 18-7 on the season.
The Lady Leopards erupted for 9 runs in the 8th inning to defeat the host Blue Steaks 11-2 in game 2 of their double header at Lake. Brooke Haren and Anna Sirohman both homered in game 1, but the Blue Streaks took that game 11-5.
The Louisville Leopards Varsity Baseball Team was doubled up by the visiting Lake Blue Streaks 8-4 Friday Evening at Andy Aljancic Field.
The lead changed hands 6 times before the host Lady Leopards succumbed to a Blue Steak 7th inning rally 7-6. Addy Campbell, Kenzi Denzer, and Anna Sirohman all had multi-hit games to lead Louisville.
Brooke Hubbard scored Louisville’s only goal in the first half as the the Leopards fell to the visiting Blue Streaks 12-1. Sarah Bricker finished with 10 saves as Louisville dropped to 2-4.
The Leopards were shutout by the host Blue Streaks 5-0. Louisville is now 3-2 on the season.
