Blake Balderson and Adler LaScola both scored a pair goals for the Leopards who fell on the road to the Fighting Irish 16-5. Seth Colley also scored for LHS and Brandon Pittman added a 2 assists as Louisville dropped to 0-3.
Taylor Schneider struck out 9 in her varsity debut leading the Leopards to a 5-1 road victory against the host Mustangs. Matti Benson also went 2-for-3 with a pair of doubles and 2 RBIs for Louisville in their season opener.
Blake Balderson scored the Leopards lone goal off an assist from Seth Colley in the first quarter, but Louisville fell to visiting Boardman 15-1. The Leopards are now 0-2 on the season.
Seth Colley scored a pair of goals for Louisville in their 9-4 home opener loss to visiting Stow-Munroe Falls. Hayden Beckett & Adler LaScola also scored for the Leopards and both Ethan Lewis & Sean Philabaum tallied an assist.
Brock Cole recorded a team high 10 kills but the Leopards fell to the visiting Rough Riders 26-24, 5-25, 23-25, 17-25 in their season opener. Jacob Sanders also finished 7 kills & 2 blocks and Brandon Stanich registered 5 kills.
Brayden Gross poured in 18 and Hayden Nigro scored 17 to lead the #4 Leopards in their 61-58 DI District Championship loss to the #9 Golden Eagles. Beau Siegfried also scored 10 as Louisville finishes the season 23-3.
Kolten Barker won in ultimate tie-breaker to capture third place in 126 and score 14 team points. Kaiden Barker, Colton Rhoads, and Aric Criss also represented Louisville at the DII OHSAA State Tournament.
Tate Aljancic scored a team high 15 points and Avery Andrejcik dropped in 11 as #4 Louisville staved off #26 Medina 49-44 in the DI Northeast 2 District Semifinals. Hayden Nigro and Kolton Loy also added 7 each as the Leopards tied the team record for season wins improving to 23-2.
Hayden Nigro scored a game high 27 and became the Leopards all-time leading scorer during their 86-38 DI Northeast 2 Sectional Final win over visiting Akron Firestone. Beau Siegfried also finished with 13 points and 12 assists as Louisville won its 5th consecutive sectional title.
Kolten Barker won district in 126 and qualified for state for the third straight year. Kaiden Barker and Colton Rhoads both took 3rd, Aric Criss 4th, and Jakeb Beard 5th at the DII Kenston District Tournament.
