The Louisville Leopards Girls Varsity Soccer Team shutout the visiting Dover Tornadoes 4-0 Wednesday Night at Louisville Leopards Stadium. With their fourth consecutive shutout, Louisville improves to 3-1-1 on the season.

Four Different Lady Leopards Score in Win
Reese Riley and Alyssa Schillig each scored a goal and recorded an assist to lead the Lady Leopards. Payton Allan and Gianna Kruse also found the back of the net for Louisville.
Reagan Biery and Violet Lab notched first half assists as the Lady Leopards took a 3-0 advantage in the break.
Edgein Records 4th Consecutive Shutout
Goalkeeper Tristyn Edgein needed just one save to secure her fourth consecutive shutout. Great team defense by Louisville throughout helped keep the Tornadoes at bay.
This is just the third time in Lady Leopards soccer history that LHS has recorded four shutouts in a row. This was last accomplished last season by goalkeeper Audrey Mercier who recorded 4 shutouts in a row. Becca Springman still holds the team record with 5 consecutive shutouts as part of the historic 2013 Louisville Girls Soccer Team.
Louisville Blanks Dover Again
This was the second all-time meeting between Louisville and Dover. The two squads played to a scoreless draw on Lady Leopards Senior Night in 2022.
The Tornadoes are now 4-2 on the season with the loss.

JV: Louisville 3, Dover 0
The Lady Leopards JV Team blanked the visiting Lady Tornadoes 3-0 Wednesday Evening. With the win, LHS JV is now 3-1 on the year.
Gianna Kruse scored a goal and added 2 assists to lead Louisville. Kruse would end up scoring a goal in the second half of the varsity game as well.
Other goal scores for the Leopards JV included Lizzie Mayle and Maddie Manley.
