About three minutes later, Wilson found his brother Drake Wilson breaking wide open in the left side of the endzone for a 23 yard touchdown connection on a 3rd-and-2. He then tossed to Baker for the two-point conversion to give the Leopards a 14-0 first quarter lead.

Wilson dropped back and threw a dart over the top of two Warrior defenders and into the chest of wide receiver Xavier Berdella in the middle of the endzone. The touchdown reception upped the Leopard lead to 20-0 with 5:23 remaining in the second quarter.

Wilson would record his fourth touchdown pass of the game later on in the fourth quarter. He dropped back at midfield and fired to Logan Galbraith who was wide open in the middle of the field. Galbraith raced to his left past three Carrollton defenders, was sprung by a block from Drake Wilson, and sprinted the remaining 30 yards down the left sideline before reaching the endzone. Leopards Defense Suffocates Warriors

Equitable Advisors - Bryce MathieLouisville’s defense suffocated the Carrollton offense for most of the game as it recorded its first shutout of the season. The Warriors didn’t record a positive play until the second quarter and netted -9 yards on their first two drives.

Carrollton’s most promising drive of the game came just before half as they marched to the LHS 25 yard line. However, a tackle in the backfield by Fetrow on the next play followed by a sack by Joseph Banks eliminated the threat of a late score.

Romeo's Pizza Louisville, Ohio AdOn their second drive of the second half, the Warriors crossed into Leopard territory on a well executed screen pass that converted a 3rd-and-24. However, Carrollton committed a pre-snap penalty and Klimes was the first to the ball carrier for Louisville on the next play to push the Warriors back into their own territory. The Warriors punted three plays later and it was partially blocked by Zahler and rolled out of bounds at the LHS 38.

The Leopards were held to a three-and-out on the next drive, their only possession that didn’t result in a touchdown. Klimes booted a 50 yard punt that rolled out of bounds at the Carrollton 7. The Warriors would eventually punt on that drive. On their final drive of the game they, would advance to the Louisville 29 before the final seconds ticked off the clock to end the contest.
