Hayden Nigro scored a game high 17 points to lead the Leopards in a 31-30 road loss to the host Vikings. Tyler Boldon also scored 5 points as Louisville dropped to 7-2 on the season.
Brooke Haren scored a game high 13 and Kelsey Adelman added 6 to lead the Lady Leopards in a 57-37 road loss to the host Bulldogs. Courtney Barwick and Aubrey Thorne also tallied 5 each for 7-3 LHS.
Will Aljancic scored a game high 24 points to lead the Leopards past the Titans 52-43 at the Mount Union Classic. Tyler Boldon also finished with 8 and both AJ Lingenhoel & Beau Siegfried add 6 as LHS won their fifth straight.
Kolten Barker, Pablo Castro, Dominic Hoffarth, Noah Peterson, and Cameron Brazek all won by fall to lead the Leopards past the visiting Blue Streaks 44-30 on Alumni Night. Louisville improves to 3-0 with the victory.
Pablo Castro upset the 18th ranked 132 wrestler in the nation and earned Most Outstanding Wrestler honors in leading the Leopards to a 3rd place finish as a team. Cam Brazek and Blake Schaffer also took 1st in their weight classes.
Hayden Nigro scored 20 points and was named team MVP in leading Louisville to a 61-44 victory over Barberton at the Hall of Fame Hardwood Classic at Massillon. Will Aljancic also scored 14 and Tyler Boldon added 8 as LHS improved to 6-1.
Anya Willett, Reese Joliat, Ashley Menegay, Katelyn Claugus, and Taylor Dimmerling all had first place finishes as the Lady Leopards defeated Cloverleaf & Alliance 129-63-59. Mike Conway also finished 1st in the 500 freestyle for the boys.
Matt Darlison rolled a 483 series to lead the Louisville Boys in their 2700-2457 loss to Triway. Alysa Thornhill rolled a 291 series to lead the Lady Leopards as they fell to the Titans 2490-1628.
