Brody Hahn scored 17 points & hit 2 clutch free throws in overtime to give the Leopards a 57-53 victory. Carson Davis also scored 10 and Zach Fresenko provided a game-tying three in regulation.
Carson Davis poured in 20 points and the Leopards hit 9 three-pointers as a team in downing the visiting Canton South Wildcats 54-45 Monday.
The Leopards Boys Cross Country team finished 10th at the DI State Meet Saturday. Nick Chaplik finished with the top time individually for Louisville and 58th overall.
Louisville finished two places ahead of Twinsburg to finish 3rd at the DI Youngstown Boys Cross Country Regional. Noah Chaplik led all Leopard runners by finishing 18th individually.
Nick Chaplick finished fifth overall to pace the Boys, while Haley Bradley took 17th overall to lead the girls. Ben Tornow & Noah Chaplick also broke the top 10 for the Boys who won their 2nd District Title in 4 seasons.
All of the top 6 runners were from Louisville for the Boys led by Nick Thomas’s first place finish. The Girls squad finished in 3rd place with Haley Bradley finishing with the best time for the Lady Leopards.
Mackenzie Rankin won the Girls Race for the second time in 3 years and Nick Koczwara also finished first place to lead the boys. Both teams took first place to continue their streak of dominance in the NBC.
Nick Thomas finished 3rd & Nick Koczwara 5th individually for the boys, while Mackenzie Rankin placed 7th & Michelle Stamp 8th in the girls race.
