Boys Tennis Wins Battle For Louisville

Tyler Adams & Dalton Deckerd each drove in a pair of runs to lead Louisville past host Salem 11-1 in 5 Innings. Krisztian Toth earned the win on the mound for the Leopards.
Crosstown foe St. Thomas Aquinas snapped Louisville’s 9-game winning streak by downing them 9-4 in game one and 5-2 in game two. The Leopards are now 10-7 on the year.
The Lady Leopards defeated the Lady Knights 8-1 in scrimmage play Saturday. Peyton McKeever drove in two runs and Riley Bobo also scored a pair of runs to highlight Louisville.
Louisville won both matches over St. Thomas Aquinas with the Boys winning 112-33 and the Girls winning 133-14.
Grace Jackson scored a team-high 12 points and Sarah Lairson poured in 10 to lead Louisville past St. Thomas 52-41 in a Scrimmage Tuesday.
Louisville placed 6th as a team with a score of 340 at the Stark County Championship Tournament Saturday. Matt Eddins led the Leopards with a team low score of 84.

The boys are now 2-1 with wins over St. Thomas Aquinas & New Philadelphia, the girls are now 3-0 with dominant victories over Dover, St. Thomas Aquinas, and New Philadelphia.
Louisville edged Canton South 3-2 Thursday to clinch a share of their fourth straight NBC Title. Gretchen Groves, Alexis Isla, and Sarah Robbins all won their singles matches to lead the Leps.
