The Lady Leopards won the inaugural NBC game in the new LHS gymnasium with a stunning 25-19, 25-20, 20-25, 25-15 win over defending NBC Champion Salem. It was the Quakers first conference loss since joining the NBC.
Rachel Baughman had a hat trick for the second straight game and Lizzy Mont also added a goal to lead the Louisville Lady Leopards past the St. Thomas Aquinas Lady Knights 4-1 Monday at Sirpilla Stadium.
Louisville defeated Salem 174-182 on Tuesday and lost to Minerva 165-176 on Wednesday. Patrick Wilson had the top score for the Leopards each of the past two matches.
