Lady Leps Golfers Even Record at 5-5

Lady Leps Now 5-5

Beatty's Sports Grey Louisville Athletics T-ShirtThe Lady Leopards defeated the Canton Central Catholic Crusaders 190-195 Wednesday at Skyland Pines Golf Course to even their record at 5-5.  Last week Louisville defeated Minerva at home 206-225, fell to Salem at home 217-231, and also lost to Lake on the road 194-202.  With the split in the NBC games, the Lady Leps are now 3-2 in the league.

Katie Warga was the top Leopard linkster for the Salem (53), Lake (43), and Central Catholic (43) matches, while Adrienne Metzger led all Louisville golfers against Minerva with a score of 44.

The match at Perry originally scheduled for September 4 will be made up on Tuesday, September 11.  The Lady Leps have 6 matches remaining before they compete in the NBC Tournament at Great Trails Golf Course on September 20 and in the Stark County Invitational at Marlington’s Tannenhauf Golf Club on  September 22.
