Madison Gruber and Katie Bice each earned 1st team tournament honors as Louisville placed 4th at the Tri-County Postseason Tournament. The Leopards also beat Dover 176-199 and defeated Massillon 195-241 on Senior Night.
Katie Bice and Alexis Ralston each shot a team best 47, but the Leopards suffered their first loss at the hands of the host Quakers 184-197. Karli Redinger also tallied a 49 and Madison Gruber a 54 for 12-1 Louisville.
Rachel Kibler, Jo Menegay, and Sherilynn Mullett all won their singles matches as the Leopards beat the Quakers 4-1. The LHS doubles team of Amanda Plaskett and Jade Thomas also won a perfect 6-0, 6-0 for 9-4 Louisville.
Tyler Jackson ran for a pair of touchdowns and also threw touchdown passes to Clayton Elder and Daniel Kennedy as the Leopards JV shutout the Quakers 34-0. Gage Hartman also had a rushing touchdown for 2-1 Louisville.
Quarterback Connor Adelman rushed for 4 touchdowns to lead the Louisville Freshman past visiting New Philadelphia 35-18. Ethan Thomas also rushed for a 4th quarter touchdown as the Leopards moved to 2-1 on the year.
Alexis Ralston shot a team best 39 to lead Louisville past visiting New Philadelphia 164-181. Katie Bice also shot a 41 and both Madison Gruber and Karli Redinger each carded a 42 for the now 6-0 Lady Leopards.
The Leopards won 4 of their 5 matches in straight sets to shutout the Quakers 5-0. Rachel Kibler and Sherilynn Mullett each won their Singles matches a perfect 6-0, 6-0 and Jo Menegay earned a 6-1, 6-0 in #2 singles as LHS moved to 2-0.
Ellie Jackson scored 6 points and recorded 4 steals, but the Leopards fell on the road to the Quakers 52-35. Sydney Bast and Hanna Lautzenheiser also scored 5 points each for Louisville.
Alexis Beaver shot a team best 87 to lead the Lady Leopards to a 4th place finish at the Tri-County Postseason Tournament at Zoar Golf Course Thursday. Karli Redinger also shot an 88 for LHS.
