Softball Defeats State-Ranked Canfield 4-1
Emily Cantley & Aliyah English each batted 2-for-3 to lead the Lady Leopards to a 4-1 win over the 9th ranked Cardinals. Kirsten Wharmby also earned the victory with a complete game in the circle.

Alexa Oberster and Marissa Vick each scored a pair of goals to Louisville past GlenOak 8-3. Emily Hollifield, Liz Pugh, Emily Shea, and Mandy Wesely also added goals for the Leopards.
The Leopards broke up Troy Brown’s no-hitter with 2 outs in the 7th, but still fell to the Explorers 4-1 in Game 1. Brock Haren had 2 hits & 3 RBIs in game 2, but Hudson still won 10-7 in 9 Innings.
Jared Holland Sean McKinney each recorded Hat Tricks as the Leopards defeated the Golden Eagles 12-2. Matt Davide & Patrick McCarthy also had 2 goals each.
Terry Gooch broke John Simon’s 44-year-old Discus record as the Leopards Boys & Girls Teams both finished 3rd at the Dover Tornado Invitational. At West Branch the Boys won 68-60 and the Girls won 65-63.
Every Leopard in the starting lineup got a hit as Louisville edged host Canton South 9-8. Stephen Kerzan, Isaac Mathie, and Cam White all drove in 2 runs each.
Grace Jackson hit her 28th career home run to set the new LHS mark. Morgan Harris threw a 1-hit shutout and Teagan Rice had 4 RBIs as the Louisville beat Salem 11-0.
Alexa Oberster scored 4 Goals and Katie Hollifield also recorded a Hat Trick to lead the Leopards past the Cardinals 12-3 on the road. Louisville is now 4-1.
Stephen Kerzan went 2-for-3 at the plate but the Leopards fell to the host Cardinals 16-6 in 6 Innings. Brody Hahn, Nick Harsh, and Nathan Mongiardo all had RBIs for Louisville.
Kaycee Ollis drove in 2 runs and Kirsten Wharmby struck out 11 in the circle, but Louisville fell at Jackson 4-3. Emily Cantley and Teagan Rice also had 2 hits each for the Leopards.
