Leopards Drop to Division II in Several Fall & Winter Sports

Both Swim Squads swept Lake & Hoban this past week and broke 3 school records in the process. The Boys finished 2nd at the NBC Meet while the Girls Claimed 1st.
The Leopards Boys Team improved to 6-1-1 on the season with a narrow 84-82 victory. The Lady Leopards Girls Squad remained undefeated at 8-0 with a convincing 117-45 win.
The Louisville Boys Team tied New Philadelphia 121-121 and upended Marlington 121-5. The Lady Leopards also beat the Quakers 162-62 and defeated the Dukes 162-45.
The two squads combined to defeat the visiting Aviators 232-99. The Boys won 104-61 and the Girls won 128-38.
Louisville won both matches over St. Thomas Aquinas with the Boys winning 112-33 and the Girls winning 133-14.

The boys are now 2-1 with wins over St. Thomas Aquinas & New Philadelphia, the girls are now 3-0 with dominant victories over Dover, St. Thomas Aquinas, and New Philadelphia.
With the new enrollment figures and breakdowns released by the OHSAA, all Leopards sports will be in DI except for football which will play in DIII. Baseball, Boys Soccer, Boys Swimming, and Wrestling all make the jump to DI this season.
