Riston Jobes scored the Leopards only touchdown in their 28-7 loss to the visiting Dover Tornadoes. Cameron Brazek also caused a fumble recover by Connor Adelman and Myles Lab recorded an interception for 3-4 Louisville.
Paige Cole had 10 kills & 14 digs and Lauren Siegfried finished with 12 points, 5 aces, and 3 blocks but Louisville fell to visiting Lake 30-28, 15-25, 20-25, 16-25 in their Volley for a Cure match. Amanda Clark also had 19 assists for the 7-11 Leopards.
Grayson Beamer and Bryce Zuppe each had pick sixes to clinch Louisville’s 45-20 victory over Youngstown Ursuline. Colton Jones threw for 253 yards and 3 touchdown passes and Max Hartline ran for 109 yards and a touchdown.
Tyler Jackson threw a pair of touchdown passes to Broc Pickens and Daniel Kennedy, but Perry scored the go-ahead score with 16.7 seconds remaining to take the game 16-14. Austen Black also recovered a fumble and Clayton Elder & Pickens had interceptions for Louisville.
Cami Nau finished with 13 points and 5 aces and Erin Hahn had 17 kills as the Leopards defeated the Falcons 23-25, 25-18, 25-17, 29-27 at home Saturday. Lauren Siegfried also recorded 13 digs and 4 blocks on defense, Paige had 4 blocks, and Amanda Clark registered 31 assists.
Colton Jones threw for 252 yards and 2 touchdown passes to Davis Burick and Ryan Pukys, but the Leopards fell on the road against the Panthers 29-12. Max Hartline also had 8 catches for 89 yards for 2-3 Louisville.
The Leopards Freshman were blanked by the undefeated visiting Perry Panthers 37-0 Thursday. View video highlights from the game.
Paige Cole finished with 9 digs and 4 blocks but the Leopards were swept by the host Panthers 19-25, 14-25, 18-25. Cami Nau was also Louisville’s leading server with 7 points and Katelyn Monnot finished with 7 kills.
Louisville fell to host Jackson 14-25, 14-19 and Marlington 21-25, 15-25 but defeated Southeast in their third match 25-16, 25-13 to finish 1-2 at the Jackson Invitational. Paige Cole was named to the all-tournament team.
