Katelynn Miller struck out 10 and Leah Claugus hit a 2-run triple to lead Louisville to a 4-2 win over host St. Vincent-St. Mary at Firestone Stadium. Mara Mayle also had an RBI double as LHS improved to 2-1.
Addy Campbell hit a pair of 2-run homers to lead the Lady Leopards in their 14-3 road win over the Tigers. Bailee Griffith also homered, Anna Sirohman had 3 hits, and Taylor Schneider struck out 9 in earning the win in the circle.
Taylor Schneider hit a go-ahead 2-run single in the sixth, but the Tigers rallied in the seventh to down the Leopards 5-3. Katelynn Miller also went 2-for-3 and struck out 9 in the circle.
Katelynn Miller hit an RBI single in the first and carried a no-hitter into the fifth, but the #2 seed Lady Spartans rallied to beat the #9 seed Lady Leopards 3-1 in the DIII Region 11 Finals at Divine Diamond. Louisville finishes 16-15-1 and Regional Runners-Up.
Leah Claugus went 3-for-3 with a homer and 3 RBIs as #9 Louisville rallied from a 4-0 deficit to defeated #10 Gilmour Academy 8-7 in the DIII, Region 11 Semifinals. Anna Sirohman also went 1-for-3 with 3 RBIs and Kaitlin batted 2-for-3 with 2 RBIs as the Lady Leopards advanced to their second regional final in team history.
Leah Claugus went 4-for-5, Bailee Griffith hit a 2-run homer, and Anna Sirohman went 2-for-3 with 3 RBIs as the #9 Lady Leopards defeated the #6 Minutemen 10-7 in the DIII Northeast 4 District Final. Addy Campbell also hit a 2-run single as Louisville advanced to regionals for the second time in team history.
Leah Claugus hit a school record 3 home runs and Bailee Griffith added another as the #9 Lady Leopards blanked the visiting #21 Indians 7-0 in the DIII Northeast 4 District Semifinals. Katelynn Miller also threw a 5-hit shutout and struck out 10 as Louisville improved to 14-14-1.
Bailee Griffith and Addy Campbell hit back-to-back homers and had multi-hit games but the Lady Leopards fell to the host Quakers 10-5. Leah Claugus and Taylor Thompson also had two hits each as Louisville dropped to 13-14-1.
Katelynn Miller threw a no-hitter and Addy Campbell hit her record-breaking 13th home run of the season as the #9 Louisville scored a team record runs in their 33-0 sectional final win over #41 Bedford. Anna Sirohman also went 4-for-4 and scored 6 runs as LHS advanced to districts again.
Leah Claugus went 3-for-4 with two solo homers and Addy Campbell went 2-for-4 hitting her record tying 12th home run of the season but the Leopards fell to the host Golden Eagles 5-4. Katelynn Miller also finished 2-for-3 as LHS dropped to 12-13-1 on the season.
